Where can I buy my membership?
You can buy membership online, by telephone on 0191 2611571 or in any Newcastle United retail store.We have stores in the Metrocentre, Eldon Square and in Monunment Mall in addition to the official club store at St James' Park.

How can I buy tickets for the game?
Members have an exclusive 2 week booking period for every home match at St James' Park (subject to timings). Tickets can be purchased online, by telephone on 0191 2611571 or at the ticket office by presenting or quoting your membership number.Your membership card will enable access to the stadium and you will receive an email or SMS confirmation of your seat booking including the specific block, row and seat for the relevant game.

How quickly can I buy tickets?
If you buy your membership online or by telephone you can purchase members only tickets immediately.If you buy your membership from one of our retail stores you will be able to purchase tickets as soon as you have received your membership card.

Can a member purchase more than one ticket per game with their membership card?
We try to make the scheme as fair as possible therefore each member is only able to purchase one ticket per game.

When will my membership pack arrive?
We will start to ship the first membership packs during the first week of December.

What's the last order date for Christmas?
The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery has now passed. We can no longer guarantee arrival before Christmas.

Will existing season ticket holders receive a membership card?
No, season ticket holders will not receive a membership card as the current season ticket card already enables stadium access. Existing season ticket holders that become official members will be able to purchase priority tickets in exactly the same way as non-season ticket holders although they will receive a paper ticket as opposed to accessing the stadium with their membership card.
