Newcastle United Museum: Details
NEWCASTLE United's club museum is now open to the public.
Situated at the south west corner of the stadium, the museum completes the redevelopment of the Gallowgate End which also includes the Box Office, Superstore, NUFC Legends Store and, of course, Shearer's Bar.
The museum, which is accessible through the NUFC Legends Store, will be open from 9.30am-4pm Monday to Saturday, and between 11am-4pm on Sundays. (Times may vary on matchdays).
It's a wonderful walk through Black and White history, with items on display including Jackie Milburn and George Robledo's FA Cup winners' medals, Michael Owen's hat-trick ball from England's famous 5-1 win over Germany, and other great mementoes from stars like Alan Shearer, Malcolm Macdonald and Len White.
Admission is £2 for adults and £1 concessions. Tickets can be purchased from the NUFC Legends Store.
And you can get a taste of what's on display thanks to the Newcastle World TV cameras and club historian Paul Joannou. Simply visit the Museum section on nufc.co.uk for details.
