FORMER Newcastle United striker Darren Huckerby will be on the lookout for a new club this summer after being released by Norwich City.

The 32-year-old has been told by boss Glenn Roeder that he will not be renewing his contract at the end of the season and is one of nine players to be let go by the ex-Magpie chief.

Huckerby, who joined the club in 2003 from Manchester City, made 203 appearances for the Carrow Road outfit scoring 48 goals.
